3rd Gen rare candy/master ball cheat?

    is there a rare candy or master ball cheat that doesnt use a gameshark or something like that for sapphire?
    i want to finish my pokedex so i can just use rare candies and masterballs to do it
     
    The only thing I can say is to trade over Master Balls, Zigzagoon Hunt for Rare Candies, and use the Emerald Clone Glitch to clone the MBs/RCs, then trade them over.
     
    Yes that was what I was gonna say.
    I think that emerald had the best cloning glitch of all the games.
