Rate and suggestions please

Ok so this is what I want out of this team: a team that would be good for competitive battling but here's the catch! I don't believe in wasting time on EVs so I kill every wild pokemon. Also I haven't seen all the new items so I don't know which ones to use so anything there would be great! Anyhow here's my team:

Moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Air Slash, Light screen
Nature: +Sp att, -Att

Ability: Solid Rock
Item: ? quick claw maybe
Moves: Earthquake, Stone edge, Waterfall/dive, Crunch
Nature: +Sp Def, -Spd

Ability: Compound eyes
Item: ?
Moves: Electroweb, Electroball, Discharge/Energy Ball, Bug Buzz
Nature: +Spd, -Att

Ability: Flame Body
Item: ?
Moves: Calm mind, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower
Nature: +Sp att, -Att

Ability: Rivalry or mold breaker?
Item: ?
Moves: Shadow Claw, Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Dragon dance/ Swords Dance
Nature: +Sp Def, -Sp Att

Any suggestions will gladly be taken as I'm not even done with the story of the game yet so there is still plenty of time for change. Also I really didn't want to use the Dark/Dragon mainly because of the level it evolves at =/
