Pretty good. The standard SpecsMence. Can't go wrong there. I'm assuming this is your lead?

    Tyranitar* @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream | Adamant Nature
    EVs: 252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
    - Taunt
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Crunch

Eh, I'm kinda' torn between Crunch and Taunt taking up two slots. Tyranitar isn't exactly the speediest Pokemon, so you need to be careful with Taunt, or it'll be you who end up getting taunted. Then again, all you have is attacks, so, lawl. Seems alright.

    Skarmory @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy | Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP/252 DEF/6 SPD
    - Drill Peck
    - Roar
    - Spikes
    - Roost

No comment here. Standard scary Skarmory. Just be mindful of teh fire and you're good. You were already aware of that though. I already mentioned Whirlwind on being the safer choice between Roar and itself, but ah well.

    Porygon-Z @ Life Orb
    Ability: Adaptability | Timid Nature
    EVs: 252 SP.ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
    - Tri Attack
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam
    - Dark Pulse

If you want, you can go even further making this thing deadly by replacing Dark Pulse with NP. Problem is, it's a frail Poke, so it's risky using NP, plus you have Life Orb. Not to mention Dark Pulse covers extra type coverage. Nice.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure | Bold Nature
    EVs: 252 HP/252 DEF/6 SP.DEF
    - Heal Bell
    - Softboiled
    - Light Screen
    - Ice Beam

Honestly, I'm a little skeptical about Light Screen over T-Wave or Stealth Rock. Blissey's Sleath Rock and Skarm's Spikes can really tear it up. However, it's whatever you want.

    Medicham @ Leftovers
Ability: Pure Power | Jolly Nature
    EVs: 252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
    - Psycho Cut
    - Hi Jump Kick
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch

Not really too familiar with Medicham, but the moves seem good for it.

There you go. While I'm not the best on making teams or all of that, I still have a GENERAL knowledge of Pokemon and I hope I helped in some way. Your team seems good to go though. The only thing I'm a little "Hmm" on is Medicham, but it seems alright.

I use a standard Skarm like you do, but I recently replaced Drill Peck with Pluck.

While it does less damage, it may save you from tight spots.
For example, when my Skarm was burnt, it managed to cure itself by plucking off a Lum Berry from the opponent.
