Ok this is my first ruby team. I know nothing about DVs, nature, berries, so if someone could suggest the best ones to use (and why and what they do) that would be super great.
I'm open to all suggestions for movesets. Pokemon marked with * are ones I won't mind switching. The others I like and am stubbornly keeping

    Ninjask
    Nature-?
    Item-?
    Baton Pass/Substitute/Swords Dance/Protect

    Dusclops
    Nature-?
    Item-?
    Mean Look/Will o Wisp/Pain Split/Seismic Toss

    Slaking
    Nature-?
    Item-?
    Hyper Beam/Fire Blast/Aerial Ace/Slack Off

    Sharpedo
    Nature-?
    Item-?
    Surf/Earthquake/Crunch/Ice Beam

    Cradilly*
    Nature-?
    Item-?
    Rock Slide/Mirror Coat/Recover/Giga Drain

The last pokemon I don't know about. I need some sort of hazer I guess. Any suggestions?

    thanks

u could use crobat as a hazer, as he would fit to ur super annoying team theme. You could also use a pseudohazer, some1 who knows Roar or Whirlwind. Not too sure about EQ on Sharpedo, as he seems to be more special (correct me if i'm wrong, i'm too lazy to look), and there isn't a STAB bonus. Swagger isn't bad, unless they have status healing berries, as it raises their attack, and if they hit themselves in confusion, it hurts. Its not that great, but i don't find Sharpedo all that useful anyways. And does Slaking have good sp. att? If not, don't use Fire Blast, though i see where you want the anti-Skarm. Everything else seems pretty good to me. I'm not good with items.
    NATURES:
    Ninjakask- speed + / sp. att -
    Dusclops- def?/sp. def? + / speed/sp. att -
    Slaking- def + / speed -
    Sharpedo- att + / speed -
    Cradility- def/sp. att + / sp. def/speed -

Ninjask- use an attack move instead of protect... you'll NEED IT. Plus it's a good way to finish off Pokemon who are almost dead anyway as Ninjask will almost always strike first. Plus Ninjask does have a 306 attack... which is definitely worth using.

Dusclops- take off mean look for protect. With leftovers and pressure, protect is certainly your best friend. Plus your goal is to burn as much of the enemy as possible, so let them switch in for you to burn them. Use def+/sp.atk- for nature.

Slaking- never use slack off... though it maybe the same as recover, truant makes slack off useless as you can't continously use it.

    Slaking- [atk or speed + / sp.atk -] @ lum berry/leftovers
    EV: Atk, speed,
    -hyperbeam
    -shadowball
    -earthquake
    -brick break

Sharpedo- I still prefer Sharpedo to be a physical attacker, but your set does work... be sure to use a speed+/def- nature.

Cradily- give thanks to gamefreak that this thing can't learn leech seed or else it'll be worst than Ludicolo in terms of Overusage... Cradily is set to be an annoying staller who in fact can stall for ages with such high hp and defensive stats. It's just that it doesn't have leech seed...

    Cradily- [def or sp.def + / sp.atk -] @ leftovers
    EV: hp, def, sp.def
    -toxic
    -recover
    -rock slide
    -confuse ray

As for the hazer, well this world is always on a shortage of hazers because not that many Pokemon can learn haze at all...
