This is my team for ruby, can you please help me with natures, items, Ev training and TM movesets.

Ninjask (endure, protect, swords dance, silver wind) + attack raising berry

Snorlax (curse, body slam, earthquake, rest) + lum berry

Kingdra (ice beam, surf, rain dance, rest) + leftovers

Milotic (ice beam, surf, rain dance, mirror coat)

My favourite moveset Sceptile (detect, protect, toxic, leech seed)

Tyranitar (brick break, rock slide, earthquake, curse)

Hmmmm...that first line you said sounded a lot like that guy from yesterday. Anyway, this should go into the GB Movesets forum.

Give Ninjask Baton Pass and Subsitute, toss out Endure and Protect. The berry is fine. Take Rest off of Kingdra for HP Grass or Electric. The rest I'm not going to bother with. Can't think right now. I just woke up.

EDIT: Ahhh...amazing what a can of Pepsi can do for a psychotic 14 year old.

    Ninjask@Leftovers/Berry[+Attack/-Sp. Atk]
    EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Attack
    Baton Pass
    Subsitute
    Silver Wind
    Swords Dance

This is the standard. Should be simple enough. Now it really is a Baton Passing Ninjask.

    Kingdra@Lum Berry/Leftovers[+Sp. Atk/-Atk]
    EVs: 129 Speed, 252 Sp. Atk, 129 Def/Sp. Def
    HP Grass or Electric
    Ice Beam
    Hydro Pump/Surf
    Rain Dance

If Kingdra ever gets T-Waved, it's pretty much useless without it's Speed. If you want power, choose Hydro Pump. Accuracy would be Surf.

    Sceptile@Leftovers[+Speed/-Attack]
EVs: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
    Leech Seed
    Toxic
    Protect
    Leaf Blade

    Tyranitar@Leftovers/Lum Berry [+Speed/-Sp. Attack]
    EVs: 252 Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Aerial Ace
    HP Rock/Rock Slide

    Milotic@Leftovers [+Defense/-Attack]
EVs: Def, 129 HP, 129 Sp Def
    Confuse Ray/Rain Dance
    Attract/Rain Dance
    Recover/Refresh
    Surf

    Snorlax@Leftovers [+Attack/-Sp. Attack]
    EVs: 252 HP, 129 Att, 129 Def
    Curse
    Return
    Shadow Ball
    Rest

Umm...Curselax is the only thing know for this.

    Ninjask- [atk + / sp.atk -] @ liechi berry
EV: Atk and speed max both
    -silver wind/aerial ace
    -swords dance
    -substitute
    -baton pass

    Snorlax- not rated

Kingdra- that may have been the old set from GSC which did work, but with so many Pokemon with water absorb, you'll need HP Electric or grass in order to knock them out.

Milotic- change rain dance to recover to last longer... plus this team does need a tank

Sceptile- use substitute to stall instead of protect or detect. Substitute may last awhile if the opponent uses a status attack instead. Toxic may sound good but it is too long of a major setup. Use...

    Sceptile- [speed + / atk -] @ leftovers
    EV: Speed, hp, def/sp.def, sp.atk
    -leaf blade
    -HP Ice
    -substitute
    -leech seed

Just use sub/seed to drain, and finish them off with the special attack. Also, this allows you to finish off the weak opponent that comes out against Sceptile as Sceptile is very speedy.

Tyranitar- why curse when you can use dragon dance?

but when I said my sceptiles moveset was my favourite it could be the best,
    Sceptile (detect, protect, toxic, leechseed)
I mean first I leechseed it, then use toxic (it cant escape because ive seeded it) then I keep protecting and detecting which means his Hp will keep falling and my sceptile wont get hurt.

And I can't ddance until Charmander is available.

Um, leech seed doesn't prevent switching out.
