    If you want an attract team, there are some pokemon who are a much better attract user... Flygon actually uses it quite well. Clefable is another good candidate (alteria, miltank on the other hand... is not as good with it)

    I think mirror coat explains itself, but wouldn't this be almost a must have for milotic?

    Red, nice idea but Milotic's sp def is way too high for mirror coat to
    actually be useful, but I might consider recover.

    Xilion, the nature you gave me for dragonair is for
    high attack power but the moves you gave were all special attacks.
    they're kind of pointless, I like the dragon dance though.

    and lastly frostweaver by EV do you mean like nature?
    'cuz the nature's affect that stats.

    Brave = +atk / -def (I think it's def, might be spd)
    I found that a little confusing, please explain.

    Milotic's special defense is the whole reason why mirror coat works. It gives it staying power to survive special attacks in order to use it. Anything special that knocks Milotic to half hp comes back and ko's the opposing pokemon. That's twice the power of the opposing attack delt back. I'd at least give the move heavy consideration.

    Milotic is my favorite pokemon next to Dragonair so I've raised several milotics
    about 3 with mirror coat and it seems that the only pokemon it's very
    useful against are legendaries that happen to use thunder, mainly against
    people who try and use Kyogre on me...
    it just doesn't work for me...
     
    well perhaps within the game not much Pokemon will scratch you enough for mirror coat to do well. However, mirror coating milotic is darn annoying online against other lvl 100s... the fact that it can even survive Jolteon's STAB thunderbolt, or STAB leaf blade from Sceptile is already worth using.
