Ok i am terrible at rating teams but just an overall look at your team and i think....
Since all the pokemon except swampert have big weaknesses in lightning, maybe you should switch one of them for a more diverse pokemon, like for instance switch vapereon with lanturn or something like that. the kyogre and suicune are pretty strong so i guess that makes up for it, and i guess they have pretty standard sets. and for gyrados's last move, maybe you could throw on a thunder wave? sorry for the lack of expertise here ><

Arty baton pass is for wish passing so that whatever pokemon wants to recieve wish won't get hurt

Probably directed at me. In some ways it is easy to kill Gyarados but in some it isn't. Electric are a fast type. If they get Thunder/bolt in Gyarados is owned!
