Okay so he's not a blastoise yet, but he's fully EV trained with perfect IVs for attack and defence.
How's the moveset? It's part of a special strategy but how does he fare in general? Pairing counter and focus punch any good or all together with everything?
EV spread is 252 HP, 100 Sp.Attack, and remainder in Attack. :)
