Yeah I wanted to make good use of the Celebi I got at the 10th Anniversery and so this is is what I have compiled:
Moves:
Psychic
Focus Blast
Energy Ball
Recover
EV Spreads:
SP.Atk: 252
Speed:252
HP: 6
Item: Life Orb
Unfourtanetly its nature is Brave but I cannot do anything about that...
I think this move set and EV spreads would be considered suckish due to its nature reducing speed and raising attack, but Celebi does not have any good Physical attacks...
I am planning to use this only against my friends who know nothing about EVs/IVs/The effectiveness of HP when you have plenty of paitence of getting a good specimen/The fact that natures increase/decrease its effectiveness in battle.
