Ok, so I'm new to this whole competitive team thing. I am trying to fulfill my goal of putting together an unexpected well balanced team. Its purpose is to beat my friends in a tournament. They however are experienced in competitive battling. They obviously wont give me honest advice to beat them. This is where you (the experts) come in XD. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated, and will hopefully result in a victory.

    Quilfish @ Leftovers
    Adamant / Point Poison
    252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe
    ~ Spikes
    ~ Waterfall
    ~ Poison Jab
    ~ Destiny Bond / Explosion

Purpose: Suicide lead (My goal is to spike the ground and fend off any rapid spinners with waterfall and in Blastoise's case poison jab.)

    Drapion @ Razor Claw
    Jolly / Sniper
    252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    ~ Sword Dance
    ~ Night Slash
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Cross Poison

Purpose: Hope for critical hits and wipe anything out that blocks it's path

    Pinsir @ Salac Berry
    Adamant / Mold Breaker
    252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spe
    ~ Substitute / Endure
    ~ Flail
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Earthquake

Purpose: Take out normally unhitable targets with earthquake then hopefully survive so I can subdure /flail any nonlevitating target

    Weavile @ Metronome
    Jolly / Pressure
    40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
    ~ Pursuit
    ~ Ice Shard
    ~ Brick Break
~ Night Slash / Ice Punch

Purpose: Put dragons in there place with STAB'd Ice shard/ Ice punch

    Jynx @ Leftovers
    Timid / Forewarn
    252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    ~ Mean Look
    ~ Perish Song
    ~ Lovely Kiss
    ~ Substitute

Purpose: Sing any powerhouse to death that I could not deal with otherwise (last resort)

    Togekiss @ Leftovers
    Calm / Serene Grace
    252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    ~Thunder Wave
    ~Air Slash
    ~Roost
    ~Aura Sphere

Purpose: Take advantage of ability to attack multiple times before opponent (Flinching/ thunderwave)

(I know Weavile and Togekiss are somewhat expected, but I needed some power.)

Once again nothing is set in stone, so give any feedback that you think would help me. Thanks!

Sigh... Is it really that bad?

Oh god no. First off, quilfish is not in the LEAST bit bulky. Other than some Rain teams he has no purposes. he will hardly get off a spike, at most 1 layer as the opponent sets up in your face but that is about it.

Supposing you want to get set up with rocks / spikes early game go with a really cool Lead Zelf.

    Azelf @ Focus sash
    Naive [+Spe, -Sp. Def]
    252 Spe / 200 Sp. Att / 56 Att
    -Stealth Rock
    -Fire Blast
    -Grass Knot / Taunt
    -Explosion

Ahh the ever loved Lead Zelf <3 Lord I love it. I don't really like taunt on Zelf as there isn't much to taunt these days bar some Gyara leads that are few in number in my personal oppinion. Besides, GK lets you hit Pert leads and other waters that like to come in. It also does a number to the not so common Rhyperior who doesn't mind coming in on fire blast / splosion.

    Drapion @ Razor Claw
    Jolly / Sniper
    252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    ~ Sword Dance
    ~ Night Slash
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Cross Poison

    tsk tsk

Drapion is over shadowed by todays metagame. He CAN work in OU but rarely will you see him pull off a sweep.

Something that SD's much better than you would be a Lucario.

    Lucario @ Life Orb
    Adament [+Att, -Sp. Att]
    252 Spe 252 Att / 4 HP
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -Extreme Speed / Bullet Punch
-Crunch / Stone Edge / Ice Punch

There is honestly a lot of ways to go here. First off there is the decision between Espeed and bullet punch. Espeed helps vs Apes who not only outspeed you but OHKO with a Fire blast or CC. Though Bullet Puncvh provides STAB Priority which is just <3.

Crunch is for Cresselias who fear the new game. Good for ghosts. though this makes Gyarados able to come in.

Stone Edge covers Gyara / ghosts / dragons but doesn't have the worlds best accuracy and tends to miss when I least want it to.

Ice Punch does neutral Gyarados, OHKO's all dragons bar Kingdra that i can think of.

    What ever you fear more.

Purpose: Hope for critical hits and wipe anything out that blocks it's path

    Pinsir @ Salac Berry
    Adamant / Mold Breaker
    252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spe
    ~ Substitute / Endure
    ~ Flail
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Earthquake

Purpose: Take out normally unhitable targets with earthquake then hopefully survive so I can subdure /flail any nonlevitating target
You do not HOPE you live in todays metagame. It is do or die. So this needs a replacement as well.

If you wanted to pick the thing closest to Pinsir, I'd go with ScarfHera.

    Heracross @ Choice Scarf
    Adament [+Att, -Sp.Att] / Jolly [+Spe, -Sp.Att]
    252 Spe / 252 Att / 4 HP
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    -Megahorn
    -Night Slash / Pursuit

The debate of Adament / Jolly is pure power vs speed debate. So i'll leave it up to you.
Pursuit really isn't much outside of CB so Night Slash is for Gengars which is always lovely to smack around.

    Weavile @ Metronome
    Jolly / Pressure
    40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
    ~ Pursuit
    ~ Ice Shard
    ~ Brick Break
~ Night Slash / Ice Punch

Purpose: Put dragons in there place with STAB'd Ice shard/ Ice punch
<3 Weavile. Sadly, Weavile lost it's luster long time ago. So this... also can use a switch (sry)

    Tyranitar @ Choice Band
    Adament [+Att, -Sp.Att]
    176 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Spe
    -Crunch
    -Aqua Tail
    -Stone Edge
    -Pursuit

Pursuit is LOVELY on CB TTar. Stone Edge is CRAZY powerful. Aqua Tail gives great coverage and Crunch is a wonderful move if you can predict a switch to something weak to it. Does a MUCH better job of doing what your Vile is trying to do.

    Jynx @ Leftovers
    Timid / Forewarn
    252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    ~ Mean Look
    ~ Perish Song
    ~ Lovely Kiss
    ~ Substitute

Purpose: Sing any powerhouse to death that I could not deal with otherwise (last resort)

._. Jinx in OU. Honeslty Idk what to replace it with....Just jinx won't work. Especially with the piss poor moveset you gave it.

    Togekiss @ Leftovers
    Calm / Serene Grace
    252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    ~Thunder Wave
    ~Air Slash
    ~Roost
    ~Aura Sphere

Purpose: Take advantage of ability to attack multiple times before opponent (Flinching/ thunderwave)

(I know Weavile and Togekiss are somewhat expected, but I needed some power.)

comments in bold. I'll finish up with Kiss in a bit.

thanks for the feed back... Rofl FAIL on my part

Btw, my friends told me no Tyranitar or legendaries... Any other suggestions? I should have said that in my first post I apologize

Don't WANT SR? You must be joking.

25% HP loss from 2x weak
    50% loss to 4x weak

Hits EVERYTHING reguardless of ability / typing. I'd choose SR > Spikes any day of the week.

Also, No TTar / Legendaries? LOL Tell your friends to get with the metagame.
