    Venusaur lvl.37
    CALM nature
Razor leaf (hmm ok but i would prefer solarbeam in a "sunny day-like" tactic)
Leech seed (nice move i like it)
Sleep powder (can annoy people but im sure theres a better move out there)
Hyper beam (not a big fan of hyber beam, big no no!. wouldnt earthquake be better?)

    Growlithe lvl.36
    TIMID nature
Bite (im sure you can breed to get crunch)
Flame wheel (flamethrower or something as equally powerful)
Ember (no 2 fire type moves, its just a waste)
Take down (hmm ok...there are better)

    Dugtrio lvl.31
    BRAVE nature
    Dig (erm not brilliant)
    Fury swipes (erm not great)
    Magnitude (erm not good....earthquake?)
Sand Tomb (ok....rock tomb is soooo much better)

    Pikachu lvl.33
    RASH nature
    Thunderbolt (this or thundershock)
Thundershock (no 2 lightning moves, thunderwave is a good para)
Agility (hmm never seen the point in this)
Slam (doest really have much going for him, so stick anything here)

    Pidgeotto
    Quiet nature
Wing attack (wow how many flying type moves do you want?, anything but flying will do)
Gust (wow how many wind flying type moves do you want?, anything but flying will do)
Aerial Ace (nice i like this move)
Whirlwind (if you want it as a hm i suppose fly is ok, but you have aerial ace)

    Gastly lvl.18
    Gentle nature
    Hypnosis (always annoying)
    Dream Eater (compliments, so ok)
Night Shade (ok i suppose, wheres the shadow ball?)
    Curse (hmm you have hypnosis)

I've bolded all the moves i think you should keep in the long run
You have a good mix of types
    1 ghost
    1 grass
    1 ground
    1 flying
    1 electric
    1 fire

I love the ghost type you have, a ghost pokemon is always effective in battles. hmm i would say the weak link would be pidgeotto, it would be much better if you got some sort of dual type pokemon which is part say ice/steel/psychic and part flying. Then you could have Aerial Ace and another effective move. It just broadens your range of attacks.

    Hope this helps ^^

I'll just say "Advanced Trainer's Guide" along with the Advanced Battledex... read them over first, then fix up all those mistakes first.
