    I would give Tyrantair Crunch over Aerial Ace due to stab.

    Trait: Rock Head/ Sturdy
    Item: Shell Bell

    -Stealth Rock
    -Double Edge

    Aggron is not a good special pokemon. X_X
     
    He really did Aggron for the Surf because he was at a lack of water moves.
     
    He could replace Aggron with another defensive water pokemon.
     
    Cloyster is a good Spiker.

    -Spikes
    -Ice Beam
    -Toxic Spikes
    -Surf
     
    You might want Rapid Spin on Cloyster. Since it can Rapid Spin and all, and would not like coming into repeated Stealth Rock. Neither would Mence/Kiss.
