hey this is my netbattle team (3rd Gen!). its been working awesome for me. ive won my last 14 out of 20 with it.

Tauros @ Choice Band (my lead)
Jolly
252 Atk/252 Spd/4 Hp
-Earthquake
-Return
-HP Ghost
-Iron Tail (just a filler. movepool sucks)
puts a dent in mostly anything if its not super effective.

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Modest
252 SAtk/252 Spd/4 Hp
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Thunder Wave
-Dragon Claw
twave so it outspeeds things. i always trick skarm and company with this guy. works great.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers (Mixed Sweeper/Tank)

-Rock Slide
-Crunch
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
another boltbeamer that really tricks people. can take a few hits also.

Gengar @ Leftovers

-Shadow Ball
-Destiny Bond
again tricks the ever so common blissey. not my best pokemon. usually just kills blissey, alakazam, and gengar. most of the time i use destiny bond.

-Light Screen
-Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-HP Steel
physical wall/spikespinner. light screen makes his only weakness less effective. hp steel for stab. works decently.(ive gotten a few kills with this)

-Hypnosis
special wall. standard milotic.
