well............my other team is getting killed by swamperts and ludicolos, so I decided to get a new team.....

houndoom timid nature ability:flash fire

flamthrower
sludge bomb
crunch
roar


ludicolo naive nature ability: swift swim
ice beam
thunderpunch
giga drain
surf

dragonite hardy nature ability: inner focus
earthquake
wing attack (I used my aerial ace TM on rayquaza.....)
brick break
thunderbolt

For Houndoom:

Sludge Bomb is a bit of a waste since Timid lowers his attack, although he doesn't have many special options. Will-O-Wisp would be an option over this, although you'd have to breed out for that. Too bad you can't combine WoW with Charm (XD Move), would shut down physical attackers easier.

Ludicolo: Need to fit Rain Dance somewhere, probably over either Thunderpunch or Giga Drain. Naive hurts his ability to take Special hits, rebreed for Modest please, as you'll have enough Speed with Swift Swim + Rain Dance.

Dragonite: Substitute/Focus Punch/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt. Quiet nature, with max SpAtt and the rest focused on attack and the defences. Covers everything for at least neutral damage except Shedinja, and you have Houndoom for that.
