Never EVER give Umbreon attack moves as its attack is so bad but if it cant be avoided use Curse, moonlight, return, baton pass

Then why would you continuosly rate when you have no idea what you are talking about. I don't choose to be mean to you and the others don't choose so either but no1 takes ur rates seriously and you don't even try to read Mullets OU guide so that you could get better.
