Let me begin with this...where is the STAB on Aerodactyl. Definitely replace ice fang with stone edge, believe me the only kind of lead you'll be hitting quite hard with Ice fang is gliscor and with taunt it cant set up or harm you so why waste a precious moveslot right. Your team lacks efficient synergy as well, mixed infernape can easily sweep your team and with only scarf heatran forcing it to switch you'll be having some trouble.

I therefore advice you to change snorlax into a vaporeon, heck snorlax doesn't even do the team any good by playing the role of curse( Im asusming you use him as a sponge to special attacks) well vaporeon has excellent special defense and hp as well as can take infernapes attacks pretty well.

    Vaporeon@leftovers
    50hp/252def/180sp.def/20sp.att/8speed
    Bold
    -Surf
    -Wish
    -Hp electric
    -Protect

Your team lacks any solid walls so why try tobulk up breelom when he is already quite fragile.

Use this set to make it more compatible with your offensive based team:-

    Breloom@toxic orb
    Jolly 252att/252speed/4def
    -Spore
    -Seed bomb
    -Focus punch
    -Substitute

Your team is decent but can be improved by a big margin, unfortunately some of your pokemon would have to be replaced in the process so thats why I'll stop my rate here.
    Good luck with your team
