    Pretty Good since lucario isn't a legendary you should be able to catch him PRETTY easy

    Pretty Well-Balanced if you ask me.
     
    i'd say on drapion, get rid of x-scissor for either EQ or Whirlwind. X-Scissor only covers one type (Dark) that Poison Jab and Crunch don't. has a major steel weak, so Whirlwind sounds like the better option.
