Rate my picture please?

I started my art lessons at school yesterday, and we were allowed to draw anything we wanted on the first page of our profiles, so this is what I drew:

My teacher says it looks nice, but I think that some parts don't look right like the feet and the hands. What do you think?

Right around the collar bone, the chest should puff out a bit more because of the angle the girl is facing. Also, the feet are too small. They should be as big as her forearm. They only need to be a tad bit bigger, but that's just a minor detail, really.

Trust me, the feet and the hands look perfectly fine.​

I really like the bottom of her dress and her face, her body seems a little bit off though

if your trying to make the dress fluffy I think you should make the sleeves rounder, but I love what you did with the feet
