    please tell me if I should reaplce any certain pokemon with another are any moves that you think I should change
     
    Read the Advanced Trainer guide. And if this is in-game, not much strategy is needed. You could go through the entire game with a Magikarp and have no problems against those idiotic ingame trainers.
