Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Overheat & Focus blast

Manectric:
Thunderbolt, Thunder wave, Quick attack & Bite

Metagross:
Meteor mash, Zen headbutt, Earthquake & Hammer arm

That seems pretty well-thought, to be honest! One of my suggestions would be to perhaps teach Breloom Spore, if you could; not only would this be helpful when fighting off opponents, but this move could also be utilized when capturing legendaries, giving you a much easier time. As for what attack you should replace it with, try Rock Slide. For Salamence, I think it'd be better off if you'd given it physical attacks only, since that's what seventy-five percent of its move-slot seems to be.

I'd recommend you to not teach Swampert Surf, but since this is Hoenn we're talking about, you sort of need it to get to places, so it'd be better to simply leave it. Everything else is looking good!

switch surf with waterfall on swampert, its not hard to find something else to surf on

Not sure if you are, but if you're gonna run mega salamence you're better off getting rid of fly and selecting a strong normal move, because of aerilate, so he gets STAB. But overall nice team! :D
