    Here's my rayquaza!

    Raquaza @ Amulet coin
    Lv.100
    Shock Wave
    Surf
    Dragon Claw
    Fly

That beat all the pokemon league, and one time i battlled my friend and he didn't even hurt my rayquaza because it's at lv. 100 and it has a diversity of moves.

your friend must suck and I already know the league does. Shock Wave, Surf and Fly are useless on Rayquaza

    Rayquaza @ Leftovers
    Trait: Air Lock
EVs: I don't feel like it....
    Adamant Nature
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Aerial Ace
    - Rock Slide

    DDQuaza

    OR

    Rayquaza @ Lefovers
    Trait: Air Lock
    EVs: stuff
    Modest Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam
    - Flamethrower
    - Dragon Claw

    SpecialQuaza

    I recommend the first one.

use physical rayquaza, its a lot easier to kill things with it... choice band beefs its attack to over 600, and if you don't like that dragon dance boosts your speed and attack.

    Here.

    Rayquaza @ Leftovers
    Trait: Air Lock
    EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 178 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Extremespeed
    - Rock Slide

That is a more in-depth look and set than the one Zootser gave you.

    Special Rayquaza sucks.
    :\

ATTN: Boltbeam and Flameclaw is useless when used together, since they both already cover everything in the game, with the exception of Shedinja, Lanturn and Magnemite in Boltbeam's case.

You're better off with DD Quaza

I've been using a new one in ubers lately:

    Rayquaza @ Leftovers
    -Dragon Dance
    -Hidden Power [Flying]
    -Thunder / Ice Beam
    -Extremespeed

Thunder vs Kyogre on the switch.
    Ice Beam vs Groudon.

What is cool about Dragon Claw though is that nothing resists it.:\

Boltbeam hits more things Super Effective and Flameclaw gets STAB in this situation, so it's the same. Boltbeam and Flameclaw are just pointless together. And lets see what resists Boltbeam
-Magneton, but he can't take Sp. hits anyway
-Lanturn, but you don't see him in Uber or OU
-Shedinja, seen in both UU and Uber

So in this case Shedinja is the only thing you have to worry when using Boltbeam

I know all that, but I was just saying a cool little extra is that nothing resists it.:P

If Dragon Claw had 15% more power, an added effect, and more things to be super effective against, flameclaw might be a little more useful.
