After doing more research I decided I didn't want to have physical moves on my Charizard and I wanted a faster physical sweeper that could learn EQ and Stone Edge (Aerodactyl). So, rate my revised team.

    Adamant Weavile@Expert Belt
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Defense
    Brick Break
    Ice Shard
    Night Slash
    Swords Dance

    Bold Blissey@Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Special Defense
    Seismic Toss
    Softboiled
    Thunder Wave
    Aromatherapy

    Adamant Aerodactyl@Focus Band
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Defense
    Aerial Ace
    Crunch
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge

    Relaxed Steelix@Leftovers
    Trait: Rock Head
    EVs: 252 Defense, 252 HP, 6 Attack
    Stealth Rock
    Earthquake
    Gyro Ball
    Taunt

Timid Jolteon@Choice Specs/Lum Berry (See below)
    Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Special Attack, 6 HP
    Agility
    Substitute
    Baton Pass
    Thunderbolt

    Modest Kingdra@Expert Belt
    Trait: Sniper
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Special Attack, 6 Special Defense
    Dragon Pulse
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Agility

Question about Choice Specs: Does the 1 move limit apply to the whole moveset or just the moves that do damage? If it applies to the whole moveset then Lum Berry on Jolteon.

Choice Specs will not work with a Subpassing set. Once you use Agility / Substitute, CS will only permit that move until you switch out.

    Jolly Weavile@Expert Belt
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Defense
    Brick Break
    Ice Punch
    Night Slash
    Aerial Ace
Weavile has so much speed, that it doesn't need Ice Shard. And it hasn't the defenses to use Sword Dance and still live to pull another one later.

    Bold Blissey@Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Special Defense
    Seismic Toss
    Softboiled
    Thunder Wave
    Aromatherapy
    Acceptable, I guess.

    Jolly Aerodactyl@Life Orb
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Defense
    Aerial Ace
    Crunch
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge

    Relaxed Steelix@Leftovers
    Trait: Rock Head
    EVs: 252 Defense, 252 HP, 6 Attack
    Stealth Rock
    Earthquake / Explosion
    Gyro Ball / Explosion
    Roar
Gyro Ball and Earthquake do remotely the same thing. Hit Rock Types. So it's either one or the other.

    Timid Jolteon@Leftovers
    Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Special Attack, 6 HP
    Agility
    Substitute
    Baton Pass
    Thunderbolt

    Modest Kingdra@Expert Belt
    Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Special Attack, 6 Special Defense
    Dragon Pulse
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Rain Dance
Rain Dance Kingdra is WAY better than Sniper. Sniper's only useful on Drapion since it gets like 3 Critical Hit attacks and Kingdra gets NONE.

Question about Choice Specs: Does the 1 move limit apply to the whole moveset or just the moves that do damage? If it applies to the whole moveset then Lum Berry on Jolteon.
Only 1 attack is permitted until you switch out if you use Choice Specs. Once you pick that attack, you're stuck with it.

I agree with everything except Explosion on Steelix. If I use a self-destructive move then I have no physical wall. How's this:

    Relaxed Steelix@Leftovers
    Trait: Rock Head
    EVs: 252 Defense, 252 HP, 6 Attack
    Stealth Rock
    Taunt
    Gyro Ball/Earthquake
    Roar

I'm stuck between EQ and Gyro Ball though, because EQ is good for type coverage but it won't be that powerful because if Steelix's low attack, but Gyro Ball isn't effective against that many types. What do you think?

Edit: Should I have a toxishuffler Steelix and put Toxic over Roar?

Steelix sucks as a shuffler, weather Toxic or SR.

    Steelix@Macho Brace
    Trait: Sturdy
    Nature: Impish/Adamant
    EVs: 252 DEF/172 ATK/ 80 HP

    Stone Edge/Ice Fang
    Gyro Ball
    EQ
    Toxic/Explosion/Taunt/Stealth Rock

Gyro Ball wins you a 225 power steel move. Earthquake wins you 150. Classic Earthslide.
