I think it is pretty good. I dunno though.

    Salamence (M) @ Choice Band ** Sæglópur
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Rock Slide

    Physical sweeper.

Donphan (M) @ Choice Band ** Svo Hljótt
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 Def
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Bug]
    - Rapid Spin
    - Rock Slide

Rock resist and spinner. I have this instead of a standard CBer because this guy can spin too. Plus he is my favorite pkmn! ^_^

    Heracross (M) @ Choice Band ** Milanó
    Trait: Guts
    EVs: 116 HP / 180 Atk / 72 Def / 140 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Focus Punch
    - Megahorn
    - Rock Slide
    - Sleep Talk

Sleep Talk so he can switch in on Hypnosis / Spore. He can take other status like Burn easily too because of Guts.

    Milotic (M) @ Leftovers ** Sé Lest
    Trait: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Surf
    - Toxic

    This thing won't die.

    Snorlax (F) @ Leftovers ** Gong
    Trait: Thick Fat
    EVs: 140 HP / 96 Atk / 56 Def / 4 Spd / 64 SAtk / 148 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Body Slam
    - Fire Blast
    - Focus Punch
    - Rest

Suprises Skarm when it switches it on this guy. Fire Blast 2HKOs Skarm.

    Jirachi @ Leftovers ** Hoppípolla
    Trait: Serene Grace
    EVs: 252 HP / 148 Def / 20 Spd / 88 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Reflect
    - Wish

This thing supports my team with Reflect. Reflect when they switch followed by a switch to Mence lets him take a hit from anything really.

Note: All HP's are perfect power. I worked hard and long for that.

Also I posted it in NB format so it is easy to read.

He's being honest, you know. You said in-game, which is completley different to link matches. And what did Squrewalker's post mean, anyway? Oh, its gone. Nevermind that.

I can't see any glaring flaws.

I would say 8/10. Nice Hidden Powers. Some changes if you don't mind sparing some TM's and breed a few more eggs. I guess there's nothing you can do on Jirachi since it's a one chance Pokemon.

    Jordan.

P.S.: Sleep Talk is way too risky.

He's being honest, you know. You said in-game, which is completley different to link matches.

Why would I try so hard for regular ingame? I thought it was obvious when I said ingame I meant link battles. Which is actually still ingame. Ingame is like in the game and link battles. NB isn't ingame. That's the way I see it.

Also I don't see why you don't get the point of it being Adamant and having a CB. It helps counter Celebi and does extra damage to common switch-ins on Donphan.

Jordon - Revenge isn't good. Also why would I have Sub/SD on a Pokemon with CB. Also with those EVs outspeed the things I need and still have enough power.

The point of Rest and Sleep Talk is to abuse Marvel Scale and still be able to attack.

Fire Blast lets me 2HKO Skarm and Forry. Also Sub isn't really all that good on Lax.

When you say ingame, that means ingame. If you meant anything else-link battles-you'll have to be specific. Link battles are still competitive. Ingame is just within that cartrige.

Like I said, you don't need help. It looks fine to me. What do I know, 3rd gen isn't my area of expertise.

We just have different definitions. Link battles aren't always competitive because competitive battling would imply NB where it started. Ingame link battling isn't always on par because it is difficult to get things is HP and perfectly standard sets.

Really, what ingame is isn't really the topic. I'll go ahead and rate your team without that annoying quote thing using bold or whatever.

Salamence-if flamethrower is for skarmbliss killing, I actually recommend fire blast for the extra power, but I dunno so if I'm wrong ignore that comment...but otherwise looks fine.

Donphan-I don't like the choice band on it with rapid spin, but, it's otherwise okay for me.

Heracross-urg, I'm not too fond of the moveset and EVs. I'd just make it an all out sweeper because not everybody even use spore/hypnosis. I'd replace it with endure, reversal for focus punch, salac berry, and the usual sweeper EVs. There are many other good sets, and there are many others like CB heracross as well.

Milotic-looks fine, but I recommend Ice Beam over Toxic, as there are many aromatherapy blisseys in the OU metagame and ice beam hits dragons like mence and grass types (the few that there are). EVs and nature are fine. Really, it's fine.

Snorlax-I honestly recommed curselax over your set. While it COULD work, it depends too much on prediction. Feast or famine kind of thing IMO. Mence covers a solid skarm counter with flamethrower, so I'd just use EQ for it. It needs shadow ball for ghosts maybe, return beats body slam IMO, but that's more of a matter of opinion.

Jirachi-It's fine. No great suggestions from me. It's fine the way it is, great supporter.

Overall, your team looks pretty strong. Just a few kinks here and there.

HACK, meh, you're right. Tomato, tomäto, I guess. Take Anti's suggestions.

About heracross, here's a good one:

    Heracross@choice band
    Jolly/Adamant Nature
    EVs: 252 Speed, 252 AttackEDIT, 6 HP...forgot that part...
    ~Megahorn
~EQ...but since you have two PKMN with EQ, HP Ghost is a wise choice.
    ~Brick Break
    ~Rock Slide

    CB heracross.
