All teams within the Pokemon Strategy section should have the following listed out...

-ALL pokemon assumed at lvl 100. Tell us what your dream team is, not what you have now.

-list out movesets, item attachments, EV distributions and nature as well. Do tell us what trait you're having if a Pokemon can have multiple trait (such as Gardevoir with trace or synchronize)

-and at the mean time, check out the link within my signature to a guide that talks of basic team building. Currently this team needs a lot of work due to repeated move elements, lack of elements and so on.

Couldn't they just list stats instead of EVs? I mean, it's not like you can advise them to alter the EVs they've distributed is it? So you might as well just make the most of the areas that have received EVs, whatever they might be.

you can adjust EVs because you CAN do certain things to decide what EV to get for your Pokemon. It's IV that cannot be changed, but EV you certainly can by deciding what Pokemon to battle. There's a guide in the institute with part of the guide about EV.

Plus when you're online battling (where the true competition is), you can adjust everything so it's not "luck" how your natural stats are just higher than the opponents to win, but skills in adjusting where to boost your stats with EV and so on.

Yeahyeahyeah I know, but this guy's obviously already battled a load of Pokemon, and thus most likely has randomly spread EVs anyway. Unless he raised them with EVs in mind.

    [EDIT] Sorry, 'she.' Whoops.

Your team seems to be comming out great, but I think there is one thing wrong with it...
I believe that if you use Minun then you should definantly use a Pluse instead of a Lanturn. But the problem with that is that your team will be water-defficiant. So I say keep Lanturn, and if you still want another electric type, go with a Raichu or Pikachu (But probably go with the Raichu...).
    As for the rating-1 being the lowest, and 10 being highest;
I give it an eight, which is good. :D

Plusle and Minun's ability only work if it's 2vs2... and Lanturn > both of them together due to the very rare ability Volt Absorb. Lanturn is a lot more common than those 2 pikachu-wannabes

    I give it 7/10

It's just that it's not good to have two moves of the same type on a same Pokemon

I'm talking about Blaziken, Lanturn, Minun and Zangoose

frostweaver, do you know the term: CONSTRUCTIVE criticizm? It doesn't seem like it. You seem to be a jerk, but that maybe just me.
A "post" like this is certainly not related to this thread and you could have simply PM me if you have personal comments about my posting style or battling style. If you have anything to say to a particular member not related to the current topic at hand, just use the PM...

And if you do doubt my battling knowledge/theorycraft, I would be glad to talk over this through PM... I'm just an average battler, but I can certainly tell that someone will need help when Spark and Thunder are both found on the same Pokemon. There's 2 distinct level of trainers which is rather easy to tell... such as...

Groudon with solarbeam vs Groudon with rest
Flying types with fly vs Flying types with Earthquake/HP Ground
Team without rest vs team without rest

Above: examples (after overgeneralization) of the 2 distinct type of battlers out there... and even though I need a lot more work in battling, I still can tell who falls in which category.
