    Dark Azelf said:
ON A WEATHER (MAINLY SANDSTORM) TEAM YOUR ENTIRE TEAM DOES NOT HAVE TO BE IMMUNE TO THE WEATHER BECAUSE IT MAKES YOUR TEAM LOW KICK/SURF/GRASS KNOT/ICE BEAM AND METAGAME WEAK. IF YOU DO THIS YOUR TEAM ENDS UP TERRIBLE.

Currently all your Pokemon on your team are immune to Sandstorm, which is actually a bad thing because Infernape, Gyarados, Starmie, offensive Suicune and many other Pokemon completely demolish your team.

You are missing natures and abilities, which are an important part of any team.
Also your EVs are HORRIBLE. For instance, how does your Heatran have 252 EVs in THREE stats? That's illegal!

    TYRANITAR
That's not a proper lead Tyranitar set at all. You'll get beaten to a pulp by Metagross, Machamp, Aerodactyl, Infernape, Swampert, Jirachi, and Mamoswine, while Roserade and Smeargle simply put you to sleep.

If you want to lead with Tar, at least have it do something useful besides attacking, like setting up Stealth Rock.
Actually don't use LeadTar because it still loses to a lot of opponent leads. Forretress will hold up better.

    FORRETRESS
Never ever use Focus Sash on a Pokemon that isn't in your lead position. Focus Sash only works when you're at 100% HP. But opponents will almost always use Stealth Rock or another entry hazard on their first turn. If you switch your Focus Sash wearer in, you will take damage and Focus Sash will no longer work since you won't be at 100% health anymore. Forretress works best with leftovers or Shed Shell.

    EMPOLEON
Why does it have Hidden Power Fire? Do you realize that a STAB Surf is more powerful than a supereffective Hidden Power? Besides, Water + Fire is still walled by Dragons and other Water types. Ice Beam or Grass Knot are way more useful options.

    GLISCOR
That's not a proper wallbreaking set at all. So you have Taunt and Toxic which are good, but you have no HP/Defense EVs so you'll be taking a lot of damage. Plus, you're using Life Orb so you'll basically be weakening yourself since you don't have any healing moves at all.

No, your Gliscor won't last long and walls will outlive it, meaning it has failed to do its job.
If you want a REAL wallbreaker, you must invest in defense, not offense.

    Gliscor @Leftovers
    Jolly Nature
    Sand Veil
    252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd

    -Roost
    -Taunt
    -Toxic
    -Earthqake

See with Roost and Leftovers, you'll be able to constantly heal yourself every time walls try to damage you. This gives you an advantage since they can't heal themselves due to Taunt.

    BRONZONG

Bronzong isn't doing anything for this team besides absorbing status with RestTalk. As a wall, it doesn't resist Fighting or Water which most of your team is weak to, so it isn't doing a very good job here. I guess your Zapdos can replace Bronzong, but your Zapdos also has a horrible EV spread.

    ZAPDOS

I don't get what you're trying to do here. Are you trying to sweep or are you trying to defend? Because you aren't doing a good job at either.
You won't be able to sweep because you have no Speed EVs, so your Zapdos is really slow and will be defeated before it can attack.
You won't be able to defend because you don't have a defensive Nature, and Life Orb+Sandstorm will weaken you a lot.

Actually, Zapdos wouldn't be a good choice for your team since you already have Gliscor. Both are resistant to Fighting, immune to Ground, and weak to Ice so their roles are too similar.
I would get a Starmie instead:

    Starmie @Leftovers
    Timid
    Natural Cure
    136 HP / 156 Def / 216 Spd

    -Surf
    -Thunderbolt
    -Rapid Spin
    -Recover

Starmie counters things that Gliscor can't, including Infernape and some Gyarados.

Since we now have Rapid Spin on this team, Forretress doesn't need it anymore which lets it have room for other moves like Spikes.

And since you'll be using a lot of entry hazards, you need a Spin Blocker to prevent Rapid Spin from messing you up. Since you're using Shoddy, take advantage of the Rotom-Forms:
Since we've gotten rid of your RestTalker, Rotom can fill its place.

    Rotom-W @Leftovers
    Calm Nature
    252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SpDef

    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Discharge
    -Hydro Pump

You can replace either Heatran or Empoleon with Rotom. I would go with Empoleon because Heatran doesn't need lots of setup to work well.
Which brings us to Heatran itself:

    HEATRAN
Okay Fire Blast and Earth Power are no brainers. But only people with no brains would use Dark Pulse and Ancientpower. Ancientpower is terribly weak and a STAB Fire Blast is way more powerful than a supereffective Ancientpower. Dark Pulse sucks because it doesn't provide any good type coverage that Fire Blast and Earth Power don't cover - which are basically Dragon types and Gyarados. This is why Heatran should have Hidden Power Ice for Dragons or Electric for Gyarados. Go with Ice because Starmie has Thunderbolt already. Last move should be Explosion just for special walls.

Naive nature is needed. Heatran is still too slow with Modest and Timid isn't preferred because it weakens Explosion.

Also, you have major EVs problems when it comes to defensive Pokemon, so please read this:

How to EV a Pokemon defensively

If Pokemon's HP < Defense/Sp Defense, max out HP first
    Examples: Shuckle, Dusknoir, Bronzong

If Pokemon's HP > Defense/Sp Defense, max out Defense and/or Sp Defense first
    Examples: Blissey, Snorlax, Wobbuffet

If Pokemon's HP is equal or nearly equal to Defense/Sp Defense, max out HP first
    Example: Celebi, Jirachi, Nidoqueen

Example: Let's take 2 Spiritombs with the same IVs and the same level. Spiritomb 1 will have max HP EVs and the rest split in both defenses. Spiritomb 2 will have max EVs in both defenses and only 4 in HP.

    Spiritomb 1 with 252 HP / 140 Def / 116 SpDef (neutral nature)
    Spiritomb 2 with 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef (neutral nature)

Here's how much damage they will take from the following attacks:

STAB Earthquake from Pokemon with 300 Attack:

    Spritomb 1: 36.8% - 43.8%
    Spritomb 2: 42.6% - 50.8%

STAB Flamethrower from Pokemon with 300 Special Attack:

    Spritomb 1: 35.9% - 42.8%
    Spritomb 2: 40.9% - 48.3%

As you can see, Spiritomb 1 takes less damage from both Special and Physical attacks than Spiritomb 2 even though Spiritomb 2 has more EVs in both defenses. This shows you how important HP is for a wall that has less HP than defenses.

Okay I finished rating so read my post again to change the things you missed like getting a different lead and learning how to EV things.

Discharge has a really high paralysis rate, making it useful for crippling stuff. Thunderbolts slightly higher power isn't that big a deal, anyway..
