I was going for a special sweeper. I dont know if I should replace some moves or not. Please Help!!!

If it's ingame, Recover>Ice Beam.
If it's Netbattle, Recover>Psychic
Timid is meh but ok

Speed Deoxys? It does not need Timid at all. It already outspeeds every important Pokemon in the game. Go with Modest.

Even without Timid everything outspeeds the nooby trainers in-game. :\
