4 pokemon are weak to electric type moves, not a good idea

all i can say is, use bulbapedia for shiny stone, and level up your pokemon, as for the teams strategy, there is none. if this is an in-game team then you need about +20 levels for Red, and if its for wifi, you need to update your levels alot, and also need to aquire a strategy, such as a sweeping team, rain dance team, sandstorm team, standard etc.

Sorry but I don't want to rate it currently. You have tackle, quick attack AND Swift on your Typhlosion. All your Empoleon's moves are Water, and you got pokemon having 2 or 3 of the same type moves. You have way too many physical moves also....

I guess I kind of did rate it, but I hope you heed my weird advice.

I'm pretty sure that Togetic and Pidgeot have the exact same typing, so pick the better of the two and ditch the other one.
