I use registeel most of the time to switch in when ice beam or something is gonna be used but since weezing has a high physical defense maybe i should use regice instead of registeel? I used registeel instead of regice mainly because registeel has so many resistances...

    Let's see here...

Salamence: EV is too split here. I suggest you drop those Sp Def EV and just pile them in Att and Def. Moves are fine

    Porygon2: Seems fine to me

Weezing: Weezing may be a tank, but against Sp Att moves he's toast:

    Weezing@Leftovers
EV: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
Nature: + Def, - Sp Att
    Haze
    Will-O-Wisp
    Pain Split
    Sludge Bomb

Also a useful destroyer of the evil egg Blissey, and can even manage a Snorlax too.

Registeel: Harder to use than the other two Regis because of it's mixed defence.

    Registeel@Leftovers
Nature: + Sp Def, - Sp Att
    EV:252 HP, 252 Sp Def, 6 Att
    Curse
    Rest
    HP Steel
    Earthquake/Ancientpower/Focus Punch

Starmie: Going for a tanking set without boosting Starmie's defences is a bad idea

    Starmie@Leftovers
    Nature: + Def, - Att
EV: 252 HP, 129 Sp Att, 129 Sp Def
    Cosmic Power
    Psychic
    Recover
    Confuse Ray/Toxic

Meh, I'd rather have a Bolt-beamer Starmie, but if you want to tank that's your choice.

Metagross: Again, nothing to change here.

even with those evs weezing is still toast...and starmie is just my second sweeper with 2 stab'ed attacks and cosmic power for the switch...maybe i should put t-bolt or ice beam on it but dont know which to choose...

And for salamence, after 1 dd it has enough attack and speed to do what it has to do...its HP can now be divided by 16 so leftovers has maximum effect..same for every other poke except starmie :p

People aren't likely to switch against Starmie, anyway. They'll just send out Jolteon, who's faster and will score a OHKO.

My recommendation is the one I use on my team:

    Starmie@Leftovers
    Nature: +Sp Att, - Att
EV: 252 Speed, 252 Sp Att, 6 Sp Def
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Surf
    Rapid Spin

Your team is lacking in anti-spikes. In fact, its lacking in a few things. Read the ATG to brush up :-)
