I plan on switching Scyther and Sudowoodo for Espeon and Umbreon, evolving Pichu to Pikachu/Raichu, teaching Togekiss Fly, and Aura Sphere (get rid of Metronome and Charm?). gonna teach Bayleef Magical Leaf and get rid of Razor Leaf...

So... any suggestions?

Since you are using it in game it doesn't matter but:

Scyther: get Adamant....or Jolly at the very least. Make sure it still has techinician.

Quilava: Horrible Nature. sassy lowers Speed, which is Typhlosions good state (that and Sp. Att.). Get mild, rash, hasty, or Naive

Togekiss and Sudowoodo seem fine for natures.

Bayleef is ok too I guess, could be better.

Pikachu....no....Get Timid or Modest.


But, since this is all in-game and you can't get them Ev trained correctly anyways (unless you feel like using many berries and redoing them all). So your team is fine.
