Ok. Here it is. It's based around my Spiritomb. Please rate.
Espeon
Item: Heat Rock
Nature: Timid
EV's: 252 Speed, 160 HP, 96 Sp. Attack
Moveset:
- Skill Swap
- HP Fighting/HP Ice /Pyschic
- Morning Sun
- Sunny Day
Ok. The plan is to skill swap shedinja right while he uses endure. Then to set up sunny day and abuse morning sun recovery while roserade switches in. Next up, stall for three turns using morning sun/ attacking move while roserade ingrain baton passes. For this to work, I need to make sure that Espeon goes first and that it can survive a hit. I'm not so sure what hidden power I should use or if I should go with STAB psychic. Fighting takes out weavile and T-Tar but ice take out dragons. Why sunny day? What if there is a T-Tar, Hippodown or Abomasnow starter? Bye-bye shedinja! (It also works well with morning sun and Roserade's weather ball)
Shedinja
Item: Focus Sash
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 4 Def
Moveset:
- Endure
- Shadow Sneak
- Confuse Ray
- Toxic/Will o Wisp.
For the main purpose of 'wondergaurd'. Espy will skill swap him will he uses Endure. He will then swap to Roserade to complete spiritomb. Shadow Sneak is for STAB and first strike. Confuse ray can really tick some teams off and force switching. Will o Wisp is prefered here as it hits most steels (except for Heatran)
Roserade
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Timid
EV's: 252 HP, 148 Speed, 108 Sp. Attack
Moveset:
- Ingrain
- Baton Pass
- Weather Ball
- Leaf Storm/Solar Beam
Ingrain then baton pass to spiritomb to prevent phazing. Weather Ball turns into Fire on this team. Leafstorm is good here as Roserade won't be staying in long. Solar Beam is also an option here.
Spiritomb
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Modest
EV's: 252 Sp. Attack, 252 HP, 4 Speed
Moveset:
- Nasty Plot
- Shadow Ball
- HP Fighting
- Substitute
The final and most important part of the 'wondertomb' set, Spiritomb! Substitute to prevent status from effecting him So he's basicly invinsible. HP Fighting and shadowball hit almost all things neutral and nasty plot powers these moves up. With ingrain passed on from Roserade, he can't be phased. What more could you ask for?
Blissey
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Bold
EV's: 252 Defence, 216 Sp. Defence, 40 Sp. Attack
Moveset:
- Aromatherapy
- Toxic
- Softboiled
- Ice beam
Yes one of the most overused pokemon has a spot on my team. The reason? What if spiritomb was to get poisoned or burned before he got his substitute in? Then what would happen? This thing comes out and clears it right up with Aromatherapy!. Toxic for constant damage. Softboiled to heal herself. Ice Beam for damage and w/ serene grace isn't that bad an option for the freeze rate.
Tangrowth
Ability: Cholrphyll
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Modest
EV's: 212 HP, 192 Special Attack, 104 Speed
Moveset:
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Solar Beam
- HP Fire
As I already have Espy to set up Sunny Day, it isn't required on this set. Leaf Gaurd would go well with this preventing status abnormailities however the loss in speed would make this more of a Tank set.
