you need natures and EVs and such for a proper rate. also, you have to add what each member does for the team (why its there)

This is for competive battling right? If you dont have EVd pokemon, you find succsess. Ex: if my EVs are spread randomly for Ttar, im wasting EVs in SpA that could be useful somewhere else. Also i dont understand why you would need to U-turn groudons in OU.
