    Scyther- Wing Attack/Swords Dance/Hyper Beam/Toxic
    Tyranitar- Earthquake/Rock Slide/Thrash/
    Gengar- Hypnosis/Dream Eater/Curse/Psychic
    Jolteon- Thunder/Rain Dance/Thundershock/Skull Bash
    Umbreon- Bite/Moonlight/Psychic/Double Team
    Typhlosion- Fire Blast/Flamethrower/Earthquake/Hyper Bea
     
    well it depend on wich game your playing on 3rd gen poke game hyper beam would be a good choice since normal type move are connected to attack but in 4 and 5 gen your hyper beam would be a sp.attack.
