Lickilicky's speed base may be low, but the rest of its base stats are pretty much above average. It's capable of being a either a tank or supporter. It isn't included in standards because Snorlax overshadows it. Besides, Lickilicky lacks a move to use against Ghost types, while Snorlax obtains both Crunch and Pursuit.
