    I'm new here can someone rate my team? I have been playing pokemon for 12 years.

    Lucario timid
    Psycic

    Salamence modest
    Hydropump
    Dragon pulse

    Metagross lonely

    Tyranitar adamant

    Dragonite adamant

    Also I have a latios that I want to switch with lucario or dragonite but I don't know tell me what you think

    Its not too bad a team. I see a slight trend in the pokemon you tend to use though, but that's a personal choice rather than anything to be rated.
    Personally, those types aren't my style, with the exception of Tyranitar.

    Nevertheless, in answer to your main question at the end there. I'd put it in your team in place of Dragonite. Keep Lucario there for the type difference in your team.
    I think if anything you gain alot more from replacing Dragonite than you would replacing Lucario.
