I also have some other Poke's that could replace some of them, being Venasaur, Steelix, Feraligatr, Starmie, Dragonite, Tyranitar, Hypno, Arcanine, Ninetails Raichu, Weezing Poliwrath and Groundon and Rayquaza, all of them EV'd but I do not usually use the last two since people do not seem to play with legendaries (which I respect their decision).

Sorry to say but in today's metagame Alakazam is horrible because its pursuit bait and Specs makes it even more pursuit bait. Put something else which can use Stealth Rock (which is the best move as many people say).

Gallade - Life Orb - Adamant
    4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
    Swords Dance
    Close Combat
    Ice Punch
    Psycho Cut

Gallade is good, but it's outclassed by the likes of Lucario, Infernape, Machamp and even Heracross. Use one of those if you want a fighting type.

Marowak - Thick Club - Adamant - Rock Head
    4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
    Swords Dance
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge
    Fire Punch

Marowak is a cool pokemon but sadly it's very slow. Use your Tyranitar over it.

    Porygon-Z - Choice Scarf - Timid - Download
    4 Def/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
    Tri Attack
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam
    Dark Pulse

Porygonz isn't really good of a revenge killer. Use something like your Dragonite here as Scizor is already a revenge killer.

Ludicolo - Leftovers - Modest - Swift Swim
    60 HP/ 252 SpA/ 196 Spe
    Surf
    Grass Knot
    Ice Beam
    Rain Dance

Ludicolo seems to work better in dedicated Rain Dance teams. Use your Starmie over it.

Scizor - Choice Band - Adamant - Technician
    248 HP/ 252 Atk/ 9 Spe
    U-turn
    Bullet Punch
    Superpower
    Pursuit

    This is fine.

My rate is in bold. Hope I helped.

Oh and you can't use Groudon and Rayquaza anyway as they are banned in standard play.

Your Pokemon's movesets are fine, but your Pokemon choices are not. It seems you just put a bunch of random Pokemon on a team without giving any thought about how they work together. That is something you should never do.
Any experienced battler will easily crush a team that has no thought put into it.

Scizor is the only Pokemon that really works well on this team.

First, what is the lead Pokemon on your team? I assume it's Alakazam, right?
Well, Specs Alakazam is not a good lead on an OU team. Even though it's fast, it does poorly against other common leads. And it can't set up any entry hazards like Spikes or Stealth Rock. It's super important that every team has at least one Pokemon that can set up Stealth Rock.

So here's what you do: Replace Alakazam with Azelf:

    Azelf @Focus Sash
    Naive Nature
    4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

    -Stealth Rock
    -Taunt
    -Fire Blast/Psychic
    -Explosion

Play with Azelf as your new Psychic lead. It can usually get Stealth Rocks up the first turn.

*Marowak can be powerful, but it is extremely slow. Do not use Marowak if you do not have a Speed Baton Passer or a Trick Roomer because those two methods are the only ways a Marowak can sweep.

If you want a better Ground type that is also very powerful, but much faster, use Mamoswine.

    Mamoswine @Life Orb
    Adamant/Jolly Nature
    252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd

    -Earthquake
    -Ice Shard
    -Stone Edge
    -Superpower

*ANOTHER Ludicolo? What's with people using Ludicolo on PC and not using it on a Rain Dance team?!? Seriously, don't use weather sweepers by themselves. They need to work as part of an entire team, not just by themselves. None of your other Pokemon benefit from Rain Dance (besides maybe Scizor).

Replace Ludicolo for another Water-type, something that actually resists Fire because so far you have no Fire-resists.

If you want a speedy sweeper, give Kingdra a try:

    Kingdra @Lum Berry
    4 HP/ 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature

    -Waterfall
    -Outrage
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Dance

As for Gallade and Porygon-Z, they are okay at doing their jobs although there are OU Pokemon that can also do just as good. For instance, Lucario is a better Fighting sweeper than Gallade and Flygon/Heatran are better Choice Scarfers than Porygon-Z. But I will let you keep them for the time being and test out your new Pokemon.

    In short:

    *Replace Alakazam with Azelf
    *Replace Marowak with Mamoswine
    *Replace Ludicolo with Kingdra

Oh sorry, I did not put them in a correct order, I never use my Alakazam as my lead Pokemon, I use Scizor.

    ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

What? Scizor is an even worse lead than Alakazam! Scizor is a scout, a sweeper, and a revenge killer, but it should never be a lead.

    Get an Azelf pronto!

Yeah I have one in my PC, Timid still UT, didn't pay that much attention to that trio of Pokemon, but it looks pretty good, thanks.

Timid is honestly not a good nature for lead Azelf, it weakens Explosion which is lead Azelf's main attack. Get a Naive or Hasty one.

This team is great! But it is lacking one amazing aspect of any Wi-Fi team. Tropius! It may not seem like it, but Tropius is infallible when it comes to Wi-Fi.
    ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Wow, people who don't know anything about competitive battling should NOT be rating teams.

Tropius? Yeah right, more like one of the worst Grass types in the game.

Good team except that Ludicolo seems like a weak point. Possibly Kingdra would be better than Ludicolo as it can learn nearly the same moveset and take advantage of swift swim
