Slash has no use here. Replace with either Shadow Sneak or Night Slash to hit Psychic Pokémon. Adamant or Jolly natures work better here than Naughty.

    Sceptile
    Modest
    285/186/152/316/179/317
Leaf Storm, Dragon Pulse, Grass Knot, Energy Ball
Replace Energy Ball or Grass Knot with Focus Blast to hit Steel Pokémon. Consider a Timid nature as outspeeding threats like Starmie and Azelf comes in handy, as well as the Scarf Tyranitar, which are becoming more popular.

    Shiny Toxicroak
    Adamant
    320/342/166/187/166/256
Cross Chop, X-Scissor, Poison Jab, Bullet Punch
Poison Jab doesn't give that much coverage. Replace with Ice Punch so you can hit Dragons. I'd replace Bullet Punch with Sucker Punch so you can hit Ghost's better, as well as have stronger priority.

    Shiny Flygon
    Adamant
    302/328/196/176/196/298
    Crunch, U-Turn, Earthquake, Dragon Claw
Nothing to bad here. Maybe replace Dragon Claw with Outrage to get stronger hits in. Crunch could be replaced by a Fire move to hit Skarmory.

    Shiny Absol
    Adamant
    272/394/155/154/154/249
Psycho Cut, Superpower, Stone Edge, Sucker Punch
As the Spanish would say, excelente.

    Weavile
    Adamant
    291/371/140/113/202/340
Swords Dance, Night Slash, Ice Shard, Low Kick
Use a Jolly Weavile, he needs all the speed he can get to out run Gengar, Starmie, Azelf and co. With Swords Dance, Adamant isn't really needed.

Comments in red about what I thought.

The most glaring weakness I found is Skarmory, who can Whirlwind stat up attempts, Roost off damage and Brave Bird your only Special attacker. You may want to consider a Magnezone over Toxicroak to beat Skarmory, as well as have another special attacker in the team.
