Rate my xatu

My xatu is hasty, its status are

attack: 170
def. : 156
sp. attk: 237
sp. def : 175
speed :254

Its attacks are:
confuse ray
psychic
double team
wish

I trained it only because it is chiny and so far it is powerful, first i confuse, then i use double team to max evadeness and finally i start attacking with psychic, is that good or shall i change its attacks?

ooo it is in level 100, maybe she is weak in somethings, but thanks to that xatu i won a pokemon tournament, all were thought but i won.

Confuse Ray, Double Team, and Wish if you mean? If so, then yeah it's true. It might be skill and luck (depends on how you interpret it anyway). This is a decent Xatu set anyhow and it's good for stalling =/

Its really good in attacks but its stats are a lil low!:)
But otherwise man that xatu is good!

I think it's awesome! You must be talented as a Pokemon Breeder! I'm not that good at it....

That one is awfully weak against Dark types (If one has Safeguard & Faint Attack Xatu would be completely helpless). I'd have put in Future Sight, but that's just my preference. I'd give it 7/10 due to the afforementioned weakness. But, level 100? Your patience is commendable, I've never gotten any of mine above level 81.
