My deck is almost entirely filled with a bunch of level ones, it has a few strong level fours, and lots of card that negate attacks and halt all attacking for levels 3+. It contains "law of the normal" which eliminates all level 3+ monsters from the field, so i have 5 level ones, and my opponent has no monsters on his side. Then I use "Triangle Power" to increase their attacking power by 2000 points. This allows me to deal about 12k direct damage to the opponent (providing they have nothing to defend themselves with) and that should win the duel.
My deck also has "gren maju da eiza" who gains 400 ATK and DEF for every card of mine removed from play. I have 2 "skull layer" cards in my deck, and they allow me to remove any amount of cards from my graveyard from play. This allows me to get my monster several times stronger.
Lastly, I have a "Goblin king" whose ATK is 1k for every "fiend" type monster on my side of the field (excluding itself), and cannot be attacked if there is another fiend type monster on my side of the field. All I have to do is get 5 monsters onto my side of the field, and use my "DNA Surgery" to change them all to fiends, giving my goblin king 4k ATK.
I cannot find anyone to test my deck on, so can ne1 give me a rating?
    Thanks in advance.

This deck is ok; however, you'd BETTER have Magic/Trap cards to back it up. This deck is pretty risky-you should only use it if you have experience with dueling. My suggestion? PM me a list of all the cards you have. I'll try to make a better deck with what you've got. Here are a few cards to help your current deck:

Level Limit Area B (you can have up to 2 in your Deck/Side Deck combined)
Gravity Bind (you can have up to 2 in your Deck/Side Deck combined)
Messenger of Peace (you can have 3)

For Messenger of Peace, use it to stall your opponent until you KNOW you're ready to launch your powerful attacks. Then refuse to pay the 100 LP cost per Standby Phase, and attack!

It seems alright, but you forgot to take your opponent's strategy into account. Every duelist I've seen has played MST and Heavy Storm. BLowing up your law of the normal and killing your strategy. plus there are traps like Cursed Seal of Forbidden Spell that could completely put your strategy on ice. Not to mention many people run level 2s or lower as well. Magician of faith, for one. and almost every duelist has a mage power or united we stand. that can add up faster than your triangle power, since your triangle power requires three creatures of the same name on the field.

So basically, you better have your own negation, as well as a bit of spell destruction.

Hmmm....... Its an ok strategy, but Pogiforce-14 is right. You forgot to take your opponents strategy into account
