Just curious, how can Typhlosion learn Crush Claw in Crystal? That's a third generation move.

oh thats my other typhlosion,it nos mega kick, sorry.

Since this is obviously in-game, its fine.

thanks!i thought people would of sayed it sucked.

Its because they mostly seem to NetBattle and rate teams according to how it would work in NetBattle.

oh i didnt know that! thanx!

it can starmie fighter.mine knows it it can.

You're either lieing or cheating, because Typhlosion has never been able to learn Crunch. It doesn't learn Crunch in the advanced games, nor does it learn it in G/S/C.

I used to use Gameshark a lot. He can possibly have one. :)

i never cheat my friend probably cheated on it when he borrowed it.i dont lie either.

I must admit I cheat a lot too. after the game, I get all my Pokemon to level 100 and I have 99 of every TM and I teach them anything I can. :)

Lol. That's life. Its full of lies.

Anyway, no matter how you got Crunch, keep it.

Saying that you dont lie IS a lie, I dont know anyone that hasnt lied at least once.
    i dont lie on pokecommunity.

When illegal moves are found on a Poke, it is always a "friend" that did it. When someone acts like a nob on the internet, it is always "someone took over my account". When you talk to someone in a chat room, they are always MUCH better looking, skinnier, more endowed than they really are. That is the bane of the internet. Since there is no recourse and practically no way to disprove anything, lying is unfortunately too common.

BTW - why do some trainers care so much about shiny Pokes? I honestly don't get it.

    1) Crunch- Egg Move? (I'm not sure but through linking I did battle someone with a Typhlosion with crunch, he killed my Kadabra :(-)

    2) Its true a lot of people lie on the internet but, WHY they don't know you so you cant get that offended so just tell the truth, you can always leave if everyone hates you J/K

    3) I collect shinies if they are cool but if they look crap,I dont bother- for example
Shiny Charizard- Hell Yeah, Shiny Machamp- No way, even though I rarely use Charizard and my Machamp kicks ***

Well then that someone cheated because the fact remains that Typhlosion can't learn Crunch. No, not even as an egg move. Really, why is this simple truth so hard to grasp? <.<

    And that Clefairy moveset...no, just no. Clefairy isn't a sweeper, never has been and never will. Evolve it into Clefable and give it a proper moveset. Something like;

    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt/Seismic Toss
    Counter/Thunder Wave
Moonlight (Curse G/S/C's lack of Softboiled Clefairy <<)

Bait physical attackers with Counter and use Moonlight to recover from the damage. Ice Beam and Thunderbolt should also be able to deal decent damage to most opponents. Thunder Wave is also an option over Counter as paralyzing the opponent will grant you a major advantage in battle. You could also try Seismic Toss over Thunderbolt for some mini-Blissey power. ^^ Since it's crystal, there will be a tutor for Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, and Flamethrower visiting the Goldenrod Game Corner regularly. I can't remember the exact times but they should be easy to find out.
