Hey guys! I am about to challenge the elite four but before I do I need help rating my Pokemon Emerald team. Well here they are, rate them if their good enough.

    Swampert Lv. 52

    Lombre Lv. 45

    Gardevoir Lv. 44

    Delcatty Lv. 44

    Torkoal Lv. 44

    Skarmory Lv. 43

I usually have a well balanced team each time I play the game, but I did'nt catch an electric type this time so I made Delcatty my electric type. So what do you think?

    Swampert Lv. 52 @Leftovers
    Earthquake
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Rest

Mixpert. I don't think you want to train Swampert all over again to breed for Curse and get a Cursepert.

    Lombre Lv. 45 @Leftovers
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Giga Drain
    Rain Dance

Evolve this guy to Ludicolo before you attack the Elite4

    Gardevoir Lv. 44 @Leftovers
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Calm Mind
    Rest/Will-o-Wisp/Imprison

Imprison is in the last slot to trap other CMers or in the game, more probably, other Psychic users.

    Delcatty Lv. 44
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Calm Mind
    Substitute/Wish

If you want it special sweeper, you could use that for Delcatty, but unfortunatelly, her Sp Att sucks, so it's not made for something like that, with a base 55 Sp.Att.
If not, you might want to use something like this:

    Return
    Shadow Ball
    Heal Bell
    Wish

    Torkoal Lv. 44 @Leftovers
    Flamethrower/Body Slam/Toxic
    Iron Defense/Curse
    Amnesia
    Rest

Torkoal is a defensive fire type, which isn't that great, because Fire type has so many and common weak. Curse goes with Body Slam.

    Skarmory Lv. 43 @Leftovers
    Drill Peck
    Spikes
    Whirlwind
    Rest

Standard Skarm, don't know if you can use it ingame that well, but you probably could use it even better, considering the opponent doesn't have anything to counter it.

In general, try to have at least level 60 before you chalenge the Elite 4. It can be done with lower levels, hell, it can be done with Swampert alone, but If you're in the 60's, you won't have any problems at all.

I would say raise a machop to machoke and get rid of yor delicatty , having a fighting type pokemon will come in handy against the first trainer as he has the dark types, also you can teach electric moves to your machoke but make sure he has plenty of fighting type moves.

I think that you should have a fighting type for those Ice and Dark types.

First of all, it is senseless to ask for a proper rate when you supply nothing but your Pokes name and level. Otherwise, you get a lot of random suggestions.

At any rate (pun intended), I will give it my best shot. Your first three Pokes are very good choices, but your last three are not, particularly Delcatty and Torkoal. Skarmory is a great Poke, but just not very effective in the E4 until you face Ludicolo. Bring it along just for that and make sure you have Aerial Ace instead of Fly. All two turn moves are very bad choices.

Also, DO NOT use Delcatty as a special sweeper. It is practically useless in that regard. You want your Gardevoir to learn Thunderbolt, so its base 125 SAtk can do some damage to the Water-types you will be facing. Also, don't use Fire-types either. They are useless. Add a Fighting-type Pokemon like Medicham or Hariyama. Then have Swampert learn Ice Beam. There, you just covered all the types that Fire is strong against, without putting an over-rated Fire-type on your team.

Your levels are just fine too. At least make the E4 challenging. You might actually have a Poke that gets KO'd.
