Let's get right to it.
Togekiss @ leftovers
Serene Grace
160 HP/252 Def/96 SpA
Modest
Air Slash
Encore
Fire Blast
Thunder Wave
Your standard anti-lead Togekiss.
Gliscor @ leftovers
Sand Veil
252 HP/40 Def/216 Spe
Impish
Earthquake
Roost
Stealth Rock
Stone Edge
Defensive Gliscor which covers Empoleon's weaknesses and can set up stealth rock for Empoleon to get Roar going.
Empoleon @ leftovers
252 HP/160 Def/92 SpD/4 Spe
Calm
Surf
Grass knot
Ice beam
Roar
Defensive pokemon with good damage output that can cycle enemies through Gliscor's stealth rock. Its weaknesses are offset by the defensive Gliscor.
Gengar @ leftovers
4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
Timid
Substitute
Shadow ball
Focus Blast
Hidden Power: Fire
This is the special sweeper of the team. It can come in on a lot of attacks and set up substitute on the switch and OHKO on a lot of different counters.
Umbreon @ leftovers
252 HP/92 SpD/164 Spe
Careful
Mean Look
Baton Pass
Wish
Taunt
This Umbreon is the team supporter, healing those that need it and trapping pokemon the rest of the team counters easily.
Scizor @ choice band
Technician
248 HP/252 Atk /8 Spe
Adamant
U-Turn
Bullet Punch
Superpower
Pursuit
Run of the mill revenge killer to bring the team together.
The last slot is what I am least sure of. I was also considering a physical sweep Lucario or a sp sweep Lucario to replace Scizor or replace Gengar with sp sweep Lucario and leave Scizor in as a revenge killer. Another option I had considered was Swords Dance Scizor instead of CB. I also feel like there are way too many leftovers here... Another question I had was what sort of IVs are expected in legit or semi-legit pokemon. Clearly all 31s are ridiculous, right?
This is the first team I have created so please be gentle. The move-sets for each of these pokemon are heavily based off of those found on Smogon, so props to them.
