Greetings everybody! Never liked doing these introductory posts to be honest but I suppose it'll be interesting :3

I'm from the UK, and have pretty much been a fan of Pokemon since I first saw it back in 1999 (or 1998, I can't really remember). Although I believe in recent years the anime has declined - mainly once they fired the original voice actors. I've casually done Poke-RP on another site but people rarely keep up with the plots these days and I found myself wanting to post more than twice a week due to other people's lack of motivation.
I can't wait for the new DS installments, back when G/S were released in Japan I ordered the japanese version of the Gold version - but seeing as I was about 12 or 13 then, I couldn't understand a single word of it! I don't regret that, however but remembering how excited I was to be the first of all my friends to explore Johto was pretty cool!
My favorite character in the anime has, and I'm sure will forever be Misty - I can't explain why but I've always been partial to the water Pokemon types, and most of my online competitive teams revolve around water Pokemon. Not to say I don't like Dawn/May, but Misty will forever be Ash's original female sidekick.

I'm also a huge fan of the Final Fantasy series, mainly 7 which I first played back in 1998 a year after it's release, and I was absolutely clueless about how it worked until I actually READ the tutorials and learned how to use the characters! I've gone back since then and played from I-VI in the series, stopping there because 12 never interested me. 13 Looks amazing, and I can't wait for the new online installment in 14 (XIV!)

I'm always up for battling over WiFi, so if people ever want to challenge then I'd be happy to :D Just message me!

Anyway, nice to meet you all, and if you made it through ALL of this then give yourself a cookie!

Welcome to the community, m'boy. For someone who doesn't like to make introductions, you certainly made one humdinger. Which, is definitely a relief from the typical one-liner introductions us regulars come to expect. :D

Oh, and you're not the only one who lost interest in the anime after the original voice cast were replaced. Heck, I think I stopped viewing after the Johto saga. I... just couldn't get into it after that. But hey, some fans are in it for the long hall. Gotta give 'em props for their dedication.

Any who, I'm beginning to ramble. Good luck on the Wi-Fi circuit.

    Have some fun, m'kay?

Hey bud nice to meet you! And I totally agree with how you feel about the upcoming releases of Hg and Ss.. I can't wait.

    Anyway, i'll see you around?

A Water-Type lover! (Insert High 5 Smiley Here)

Anyway, you can call me Tobi!

You do Wi-Fi battles? Cool! I'm interested in them, too, but I seem to be more of a breeder than battler. Still, if you see me around, and if I have time, then you can get in touch with me.

You don't like the anime much anymore, eh? I don't watch it much, either, since I feel too old for that; however, if Salon Maiden Anabel gets another appearance, then yeah, I'll do whatever I can to watch it!
