    Hello.
    I'm Japanese. So I'm not very good at English.

    I'm hacking Fire Red. This is a Japanese ROM.
    And I need an ips patch for Japanese fire red that has achieved Mega Evolution and Primal Reversion.
    I believe this can be done. But I don't have such technology.
    So can you make such an ips patch? If you can make this ips patch please give me.
