    I couldn't say why it's broken, but it seems like you're being a little over-dramatic about things. >.x Just spend the extra 30 seconds to write the reason for now if it's that big of a deal. owo
     
    If I may elaborate on this, I tried doing the same thing today and it wouldn't let me report without filling out the small text and it confused me, since the report box tells you that you don't have to fill it out.

    Something like that. Maybe a re-qording of this could fix things...
     
    Dude, you want to get back to your daily PC stuff, then don't report?
    It only takes a few seconds to type out a little message saying what the reason is for.

    As for you being on a portable device, then, I guess there is nothing that can be done. I am sure it is easier than you are making it out to be.​
