I looked at our store's demo kit of it for a bit, and couldn't really understand it at all. While the overlay thing looks interesting, I don't think I'd be able to get into the game. Also was forced inthe anime section all day at gen con, so i couldn't get a demo in either.
I will say that it's an interesting mechanic. My gf and I got starter decks just to see how it goes and she hated it lol I don't think it will really catch on. But, if Bakugan is as popular as it seems with all the new stuff it keeps makin, then this game can probably catch on.
