[ASM & Hex] Reducing EXP gain by half with a flag in Emerald??

    I currently have the Gen VI exp share asm in my Emerald hack, but it gives 100% exp to the whole party, since that routine is toggleable with a flag, I want to use the same flag to reduce the total exp to 50% so when the exp share is not in use you would get 100% like normal
