Is there anyway to delete full boxes instead of each Pokemon individually?

I think it's for the best, because if you accidentally released the wrong box, that'd suck.

There is no option for releasing an entire box of pokemon into the wild. And for good cause.

#1 Random pokemon would be everywhere

#2 If you released the wrong box.... SCREWED (Unless you saved)

#3 Why would you want to release 30 pokemon :0 They are adorable!
