Hi everyone!
Im new in the hackcommunity and im currently working on Emerald Rom
Like i said in the title... I was wondering if its possible to remove that animation/visual effect (and sound) when a pkmn is affected by a lower-stat move or a raise-stat move! (i.e. GROWL, HOWL, SAND-ATTACK) (i found it very bad-looking with my sprites) :P
Im learning how to hex edit, but i dont know how to find the offsets to modify, if such thing exists. so i request help!
(sorry the bad lexic, i hope i explained that clear enought)
Any help or guide is welcome! sorry if the thread allready exists, i didn`t find anything..
