[Request] Pokemon Userbar

This is a request for a Pokemon userbar.
In the userbar I'm looking to have my Friend code "1979-1850-0679" and a specific Pokemon "Gengar" in this image.

Text ... To right could it please say "1979-1850-0679" and just left of that could it say "Doom".
Image... I'm asking that the Pokemon is Gengar
I cannot post a link to the image that I would like to use.

Colors ..If possible I would like the the background image to be black and I'm not sure what color for the text.. Whatever goes best with the image.
No animation unless you feel that its necessary.
I have no other remarks I just hope that it turns out well

Is anybody willing to make this for me?
