4th Gen Return of the Time Capsule?

    I was wandering the if they're going to bring back the time capsule for this generation. Obviously it could be used as a replacement for Pal park but I wonder if it'll have restrictions placed on it until the national dex was obtained.
     
    Hmm, I don't think the time capsule will be back because I think HG/SS is completely compatible with DPP. I could be wrong.
